Business Execution Consultant - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant for a hybrid position (3 days onsite per week required) with a Global Financial Institution located in Irving, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role executes moderately complex business execution activities in support of product and business initiatives. The Business Execution Consultant contributes to analysis, documentation, delivery coordination, and execution tracking to ensure work progresses in alignment with defined business objectives, delivery plans, and governance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis and documentation of business requirements, functional requirements, and process flows
• Support current state and future state process analysis to identify gaps, impacts, and execution considerations
• Draft and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and execution artifacts
• Support execution of assigned deliverables by maintaining backlog readiness, dependencies, and execution artifacts
• Work with business, technology, operations, and risk partners to support execution outcomes
• Track assigned deliverables, milestones, and action items against delivery plans
• Monitor execution progress and identify risks, blockers, or timing concerns
• Prepare status updates, execution summaries, and readiness views for leadership and delivery forums
• Execute work in adherence to risk, compliance, and change management standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in business execution, implementation, analysis, operations, or strategic planning roles
• Experience supporting delivery plans, milestones, and execution tracking
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets
• Ability to comprehend and act within complex technological operating environments
• Experience in structured or Agile delivery environments
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and concurrent deliverables
• Experience in a regulated, large scale environment, preferably in the financial industry (Payments, Treasury Services or Merchant Services)
• Project management mindset with an understanding of the target end user and business rationale

Desired skills:

• Understanding of Agile methodology and the life cycle of a payment
• Experience with Jira and Confluence, including the ability to clean up Jira stories and develop an intake process

Pay range: $51.09 - $59.09 per hour
