Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Supply Chain Integration MOC and Readiness PM in support of our enterprise networking, storage and compute customer in Spring, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Own Supply Chain change management and readiness execution: Build and manage the readiness plan for Supply Chain workstream systems and business process changes, including impacted audiences, stakeholder and supplier communications, training, support materials, cutover preparation, and hypercare
  • Validate systems and process change impacts: Maintain the Supply Chain change impact inventory and ensure impacts are reviewed with workstream leads, SMEs, IT, business owners, suppliers, and external partners across process, system, data, role, reporting, handoff, and operating model changes
  • Drive stakeholder and supplier alignment: Confirm impacted stakeholder groups, supplier touchpoints, audience owners, SMEs, change champions, distribution lists, supplier communication owners, and feedback channels to capture adoption risks and open questions
  • Manage readiness deliverables: Track 30/60/90-day MOC actions, role-based training, job aids, process documentation, readiness checklists, escalation paths, and support materials through completion
  • Coordinate supplier-facing readiness: Partner with Supply Chain workstreams and supplier enablement teams to ensure suppliers understand relevant process changes, system touchpoints, testing expectations, cutover actions, support paths, and timing dependencies
  • Integrate MOC into program governance: Provide readiness status, risks, dependencies, open decisions, and escalation asks through workstream meetings, PMO reviews, readiness gates, testing checkpoints, deployment forums, and executive updates
  • Support testing, cutover, and hypercare: Ensure impacted users, testers, SMEs, and support teams understand new responsibilities, handoffs, controls, workarounds, triage paths, and go-live support expectations

REQUIREMENTS

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience; May have advanced university degree
  • PMP, change management, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent project/change leadership certification preferred
  • Typically, 6+ years of experience in a supply chain function, project management, change management, supply chain transformation, systems implementation, business process change, or operational readiness
  • Experience supporting complex cross-functional programs involving Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Operations, customer-facing teams, suppliers, and external partners
  • Demonstrated experience managing readiness plans, change impacts, stakeholder communications, training coordination, issue tracking, risk escalation, and adoption activities
  • Experience working in integration, transformation, process change, supplier enablement, or large-scale operational change environments
  • Strong project management skills and analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of change management, organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications planning, training readiness, adoption measurement, and reinforcement practices
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and high-level modeling tools
  • Very strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; mastery in English and local language
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain business e2e processes
  • Ability to translate complex systems and process changes into practical business impacts, readiness actions, user guidance, and executive-level updates
  • Ability to influence without direct authority, drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, and maintain execution discipline in ambiguous and fast-moving environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
