The Role

• Instrumenting, assisting, and performing "springer" duties in orthopedic, trauma, spine, and shoulder surgeries.
• Preparing, monitoring, and providing post-operative care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Ensuring smooth operational flow within four operating rooms and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Participating in the on-call surgical rotation after a successful onboarding period.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Registered Nurse or Surgical Technician (OTA).
• Prior experience or specialized training in an operating room setting is desirable but not mandatory.
• A passion for constructive, interdisciplinary teamwork in a dynamic and motivated team.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a patient-centered approach.
