Description:

The Senior Analyst, Continuous Improvement Engineering will support strategic process improvement initiatives within Enterprise Technology. This role focuses on driving operational efficiencies, leading continuous improvement projects, partnering with technical teams, and supporting AI-driven transformation efforts. The successful candidate will balance technical understanding with strong communication skills, enabling them to influence both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and adoption.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement process enhancements across technology and shared services organizations.
• Manage projects focused on operational excellence, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner with technical teams to define requirements, coordinate testing efforts, and drive successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop executive-level presentations, reports, and communications.
• Support change management activities to encourage adoption of new processes and solutions.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement community initiatives and increase visibility of best practices across Enterprise Technology.
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, Operational Excellence, or a related field.
• Six Sigma Certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt).
• Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives through completion.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and driving accountability.

Preferred:

• Experience working within Information Technology, Shared Services, Infrastructure, Networks, Data Centers, or related technical environments.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and the application of AI to business process improvement.
• Experience with Change Management methodologies such as ADKAR.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Prosci, or PRINCE2.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience within large enterprise environments.
