The Service Account Coordinator plays an important role in supporting client accounts and helping ensure service requests, communications, and account needs are handled efficiently.
You will work closely with customers and internal departments to coordinate services, maintain accurate account information, follow up on requests, and provide a professional customer experience from start to finish.
The right candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities and service needs for assigned accounts.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding requests, updates, and account-related questions.
- Maintain accurate client records, service information, and documentation.
- Monitor ongoing requests and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate with internal teams to coordinate customer needs and service delivery.
- Assist with scheduling, account updates, and administrative tasks.
- Identify potential issues and help coordinate appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional and consistent communication with clients.
- Track account activity and provide updates when necessary.
- Support the team in maintaining strong and long-term customer relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
