Staffing Coordinator

Life Care Centers is seeking a dedicated Staffing Coordinator to support our senior living and rehabilitation teams. In this on-site role, you will create and manage staff schedules, ensure proper coverage for all shifts, and respond quickly to call-offs and staffing changes. You will maintain accurate timekeeping and staffing records, coordinate with nursing and department leaders, and help ensure compliance with company policies and labor guidelines. Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily and weekly staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules to meet patient care needs
• Coordinate shift changes, call-offs, and replacements in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate staffing, attendance, and timekeeping records
• Collaborate with nursing and department leaders to forecast staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations in scheduling
• Communicate schedule updates clearly to staff and address staffing questions
• Assist with onboarding and orientation scheduling for new hires
• Prepare staffing reports and metrics for leadership review
• Support a patient-first, team-based culture in all staffing decisions
