We are seeking a Head of Center (Chief Physician) to lead and build a new operational focus within a leading international children's orthopedics center. This is a unique opportunity to shape the strategic development of a highly specialized medical facility known for its expertise in treating children with neurological and orthopedic conditions.

The Role

• Assume overall medical, organizational, and strategic responsibility for the pediatric orthopedics center, with a focus on establishing and advancing its operative capabilities.
• Perform specialized surgical treatments for congenital and acquired musculoskeletal disorders in children and adolescents, including spine, extremities, and neuromuscular conditions.
• Develop and implement an integrated treatment concept encompassing acute care, surgery, and rehabilitation.
• Lead, develop, and expand a high-performing interdisciplinary team.
• Foster close collaboration with neurosurgery, neuropediatrics, pediatric rehabilitation, anesthesia, intensive care, and radiology departments.
• Represent the center both internally and externally to referring physicians, professional societies, and network partners.
