Job description

At Revlon, we create beauty innovations for everyone that inspire confidence and ignite joy every day.

Breaking beauty boundaries is in our company’s DNA. Since its game-changing launch of the first opaque nail enamel in 1932 (and later, the first long-wear foundation), Revlon has provided consumers with high-quality product innovation, performance, and sophisticated glamour. Elizabeth Arden made waves as a woman-led beauty company in the 1920s. In 1931, Almay became the original hypoallergenic, fragrance-free beauty brand.

Today, Revlon resiliently continues its legacy as a leading global beauty company. Our diverse portfolio—which consists of some of the world’s most iconic brands and product offerings in color cosmetics, skincare, hair color & care, personal care, and fragrances—is sold around the world through prestige, professional, mass, and direct-to-consumer retail channels. These brands include Revlon, Revlon Professional, Elizabeth Arden, Almay, American Crew, CND, Cutex, Mitchum, Sinful Colors, Creme of Nature, Christina Aguilera, John Varvatos, Juicy Couture, Ed Hardy and more.

We honor our heritage, embrace change, and applaud diversity. We champion our employees and celebrate our consumers.

We are Revlon, together, transforming beauty.

This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our New York office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days.

Why This Role Matters

How consumers discover and buy beauty is changing fast, from retailer sites and marketplaces to AI-powered search and shopping agents. This is a rare opportunity to shape how our brands show up everywhere consumers shop, set the standard for what great looks like, and help position the business to win in the channels that will define the next decade of commerce.

About the Role

This role is responsible for defining how the company’s products and brands are represented across all digital channels (“doors”), including brand.com, DTC, retailers, marketplaces, distributors, and emerging AI-driven environments.

This role is accountable for setting the vision for best-in-class digital product experience across channels—ensuring content, data, and experiences are optimized to drive conversion, discoverability, and brand consistency. Unlike platform-centric roles, this leader focuses on outcomes across the ecosystem and ensures the right capabilities and tools are in place to deliver them. The role requires a senior leader with the executive presence, business fluency, and cross-functional influence to operate as a true counterpart to business leaders and strategic partners—not simply as a contributor within a defined workstream.

Key Responsibilities

Define the Digital Channel Experience Vision

  • Establish what “best-in-class” looks like across all digital channels and touchpoints
  • Define standards for product detail pages (PDPs), brand presentation, and digital merchandising
  • Ensure consistency and differentiation across retailer, marketplace, and owned channels

Own Cross-Channel Performance Outcomes

  • Drive improvements in discoverability, conversion, and digital shelf performance
  • Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Digital teams to align on channel strategies
  • Define KPIs and performance frameworks across all digital endpoints

Evolve Presence in Emerging Channels

  • Lead strategy for AI-driven discovery, agentic commerce, and new digital ecosystems
  • Ensure the organization is positioned to win in non-traditional and evolving platforms
  • Partner with innovation and digital teams to test and scale new capabilities

Ensure Content & Data Distribution Readiness

  • Partner closely with Content Supply Chain and Data teams to ensure readiness for syndication
  • Ensure product content, images, and attributes are optimized for different channel requirements
  • Align tools and integrations to enable efficient scaling across channels

Influence Tooling & Ecosystem Decisions

  • Evaluate and shape the digital tool stack needed to support channel execution
  • Serve as the business voice in prioritizing capabilities across platforms
  • Ensure alignment between product strategy and technology investments

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in digital product management, eCommerce, digital marketing, or omnichannel commerce, with demonstrated progression into senior product or business leadership roles
  • Proven ability to define product vision, roadmap, and success measures for digital experiences that span multiple channels, business functions, and technology platforms
  • Experience operating as a strategic partner to senior business leaders across Commercial, Marketing, Digital, Creative, Technology, and/or Category teams
  • Strong understanding of digital shelf performance, PDP optimization, content syndication, channel requirements, and the role of product content and data in driving conversion and discoverability
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, align competing priorities, and translate business needs into scalable digital capabilities
  • Experience evaluating or shaping digital tools, platforms, integrations, or operating processes that support channel execution at scale
  • Familiarity with emerging digital and AI-driven commerce environments, including AI search, agentic commerce, and evolving consumer discovery behaviors

Ideal Leadership Profile

  • Demonstrates the seniority, executive presence, and business integration needed to serve as a credible counterpart to business leaders and strategic partners
  • Outcome-oriented, focused on business impact rather than platform ownership
  • Strong external perspective on digital trends, channels, and consumer behavior
  • Able to influence without direct control across commercial, marketing, and technical teams
  • Capable of balancing strategic vision with tangible execution

Who You’ll Work With

This role reports VP, Digital Product & Experience and partners closely with senior leaders across Commercial, Marketing, Digital, Creative, Technology, Category, Content Supply Chain, and Data teams, as well as key retail and platform partners.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Real impact: Shape how a global portfolio of beauty brands shows up across every digital channel
  • High visibility: Partner directly with senior leaders and help guide key business and technology decisions
  • Future-focused work: Lead the strategy for AI-driven discovery and agentic commerce, some of the fastest-moving areas in retail
  • Room to grow: Build the vision, standards, and roadmap for a role with broad, cross-channel scope
