The Role

• Independently craft specialty items according to established recipes.
• Implement creative merchandising ideas to drive sales.
• Ensure exceptional product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards through meticulous attention to detail.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail, particularly in food & beverage, or a strong interest in fresh produce is preferred.
• Passion for food, especially meat, deli, and fresh products.
• A genuine enjoyment of customer interaction and a flair for retail.
• Excellent customer focus, communication skills, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work a flexible shift schedule.
