Description of the job functions the contractor will be expected to perform. Ensure contract management activities for all IT procurement are undertaken timely with internal/external teams.

Provide oversight and project management

Make acquisition of products/services/technical staff in accordance with state laws and Information Technology Services (ITS) procurement guidelines.

Research, evaluate and acquire products based on need and solution desired.

Create Request for Proposals (RFPs) by following the procurement guidelines for the RFP process.

Create other solicitations to acquire goods and services.

Review/score proposals, bids and quote.

Analyze information to determine the best products and services for the Agency's Needs.

Partner with ITS to obtain oversight and leadership on various IT projects.

Communicate with the internal user community.

Communicate with the external vendor community and potential vendors
