Quick overview
Job description
The Hackett Group is a leading strategic consulting and digital transformation firm helping organizations improve business performance through benchmarking, technology, and transformation.
Our Oracle practice helps clients modernize and optimize their enterprise technology landscape across Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and related Oracle Cloud solutions.
Position Summary
The Oracle EEA Solutions Director is a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales leader responsible for developing and closing new business across Oracle ERP, HCM, EPM, Managed Service and broader enterprise transformation services.
This role owns the sales lifecycle—from identifying and qualifying opportunities through executive engagement, solution development, proposal, negotiation, and close. The Solutions Director partners closely with Oracle Practice Leaders, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to shape solutions that address complex business challenges and create long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business across Oracle ERP, HCM, EPM, and related transformation services.
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business and technology executives.
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts and develop new client relationships.
- Partner with Oracle Practice Leaders and delivery teams to develop differentiated solutions and compelling proposals.
- Lead executive presentations, sales pursuits, account strategy, and commercial negotiations.
- Develop and maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast while consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for implementation, optimization, advisory, and managed services.
- Represent The Hackett Group with clients, Oracle, and at industry events.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of successful sales experience in Oracle consulting, systems integration, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
- Demonstrated success selling and closing complex, multi-stakeholder consulting engagements.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications, with experience across ERP, HCM, and/or EPM.
- Experience selling implementation, transformation, optimization, advisory, and/or managed services.
- Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to engage CFO, CHRO, CIO, and other senior decision-makers.
- Proven ability to independently develop opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with consulting, solution, delivery, and executive leadership teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established executive relationships within Oracle's customer ecosystem.
- Existing network across Finance, HR, IT, and business leadership.
- Experience selling across multiple Oracle Cloud solution areas rather than a single product or module.
- Experience within a management consulting, systems integration, or technology services firm.
- Demonstrated ability to build a territory, develop new accounts, and create sustainable revenue growth.
- Entrepreneurial, commercially minded approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Why Join The Hackett Group
Join an industry-leading consulting firm helping organizations solve complex business and technology challenges through world-class benchmarking, transformation, and Oracle Cloud solutions.
You’ll work alongside experienced consulting and technology leaders while having the autonomy and opportunity to build meaningful client relationships, develop new business, and directly influence the growth of our Oracle practice.
