Product Manager - Irving, TX - Contract - $50-60 Per HR

Description

Join a dynamic team to lead digital delivery strategy and execution across key third-party partners in a hybrid role. You will be responsible for optimizing customer journeys and improving order economics, leveraging your expertise in digital and delivery technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product lifecycle for third-party delivery integrations, including roadmap creation and optimization.
• Analyze operational, customer, and partner data to identify pain points and measure performance.
• Define KPIs and build performance dashboards to monitor delivery experience.
• Implement technical solutions to improve order success rates and fulfillment accuracy.
• Design and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and iterate on product ideas.

Qualifications

• Masters or equivalent experience in product management or digital delivery.
• 5–7 years of experience in B2C product management with a focus on digital marketplaces.
• Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience working with external technology partners and APIs.
• Proven leadership ability to drive cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management.
