The Role

• Engage in all hotel departments, acting as a versatile team member.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for both national and international guests.
• Plan, organize, and execute promotional events and client-requested functions.
• Contribute to tourism marketing and destination management initiatives.
• Develop travel concepts and support partnerships with new national and international hotel collaborators.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational qualification, or be a state-certified technician or business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• An economic mindset and strong communication skills.
• Interest in foreign cultures and potentially previous international experience.
• Flexibility, teamwork, meticulousness, openness, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in German, English, and ideally another foreign language.
