The Role

• Oversee Human Resources initiatives for over 1,300 employees across multiple distribution hubs.
• Partner with management to identify talent needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Develop and coach an HR team to support a high-performing distribution workforce.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to align HR programs with business objectives.
• Lead hands-on recruitment efforts for key distribution centers.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory HR role.
• Prior recruitment experience in a distribution or warehouse setting is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to lead HR strategy and develop teams.
