Citizen, Green Card Holder, or Authorized to Work in the U.We’re seeking a motivated and high-energy Financial Analyst for our direct client in the manufacturing industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow within a global manufacturing organization. You’ll work closely with the Plant Controller and finance leadership, supporting core financial operations, cost accounting, and month-end processes.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to cost and manufacturing accounting, with a clear career path for advancement within finance or plant operations. Support month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting. Analyze financial and operational results within project and manufacturing accounting systems. Partner with Shared Services to review and analyze balance sheet accounts. Assist with invoicing, scrap tracking, and re-aging of accounts receivable under Controller guidance. Participate in capital appropriation and fixed asset support activities.

Assist with cost accounting and standard cost updates. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial processes and identify efficiency opportunities. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
~2–4 years of related experience in manufacturing finance or cost accounting.
~ GAAP and general accounting principles.
~ Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical abilities.
~ Experience with standard cost systems and ERP tools such as Oracle, Hyperion, QAD, or Visual Software. Prior exposure to aerospace or industrial manufacturing environments.
