Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out City of London<br />Up to £90,000 + Package DOE<br />Fast-Track Commercial Fit Out | Projects up to £3m<br />Permanent We're working with a growing London fit-out contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team, delivering fast-track commercial fit-out projects across the City.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious PM who wants more than simply being handed a project and asked to deliver it.

You'll have involvement right from tender stage, helping shape how projects are going to be delivered, building programmes, contributing to pitches and presentations and ultimately taking ownership of the project through to successful completion.

The role You'll be responsible for delivering fast-paced commercial fit-out projects typically valued up to £3m, predominantly across the City of London.

Projects can move quickly, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, making decisions and keeping clients, consultants, subcontractors and the internal team moving in the same direction. Your role will include:

Taking projects from tender / pre-construction through to completion and handover Reviewing tender packs and understanding the full scope of works Producing and developing construction programmes Contributing to tender submissions and project delivery strategies Attending client pitches and presentations and confidently presenting how you intend to deliver the scheme Managing fast-track fit-out programmes from site Managing subcontractors and coordinating the wider project team Working closely with commercial, design and technical teams Maintaining strong client and consultant relationships throughout the project Managing programme, quality, health &amp; safety and overall project delivery Identifying potential issues early and driving solutions Taking genuine ownership and accountability for your projects Who we're looking for You'll already have experience delivering commercial fit-out / refurbishment projects, ideally within the London market.

We're looking for someone who is technically strong on site but is equally comfortable sitting in front of a client, pitching a project and representing the business professionally.

You should understand what goes into a project well before it reaches site; taking a tender pack, working through the information, creating a realistic programme and being able to confidently explain and present your delivery strategy.

This could suit an established Project Manager or someone who has progressed quickly through the industry and is now looking for a business where they can take on greater responsibility and continue developing. Why consider it?
