Finance Systems Integration Engineer

Remote | $125,000-$160,000 Base + 15% Bonus

We're partnering with a rapidly growing technology services platform that acquires and scales founder-led businesses across North America. With 10-15 acquisitions completed annually, the organization is investing heavily in its finance systems and integration capabilities as it builds a best-in-class shared services environment.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in designing and executing the integration strategy that brings newly acquired companies onto a unified financial and operational technology stack.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party business applications.
• Develop SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Suitelets, and Restlets to automate finance and operational processes.
• Design scalable workflows for billing, purchasing, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Lead data migration, transformation, and onboarding efforts for newly acquired businesses.
• Configure and administer NetSuite across multiple entities and business units.
• Develop and enhance middleware integrations using platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, or similar iPaaS tools.
• Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and Operations teams to improve efficiency and standardize processes.
• Help establish the long-term integration playbook supporting a highly acquisitive growth strategy.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of NetSuite administration, development, or integration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • SuiteScript 2.0
  • SuiteFlow
  • Suitelets / Restlets
  • REST and SOAP APIs
  • NetSuite integrations
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, migrations, or systems onboarding projects.
• Background working with accounting, billing, invoicing, purchasing, or financial operations workflows.
• Experience with middleware platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar tools is highly preferred.
