Mission
We are looking for an experienced Senior Fund Manager to help manage and develop global equity strategies focused on the environmental transition.
The role sits at the intersection of fundamental stock selection, quantitative investing and sustainable finance. It covers themes such as decarbonization, resource efficiency, sustainable infrastructure, clean mobility, the circular economy and environmental technologies.
We are seeking a modern investor with at least 7 to 10 years of equity portfolio management experience, strong company analysis and portfolio construction skills, and proficiency in systematic or factor-based approaches. The ability to use data, quantitative tools and artificial intelligence to enhance research, operational efficiency and decision-making will be important.
Responsabilities
Key responsibilities:
Profile Master's degree in finance, economics, engineering, applied mathematics or an equivalent discipline.
CFA designation or an equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
Experience and technical expertise:
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of successful equity portfolio management experience.
Demonstrated experience managing global or international strategies.
Strong expertise in the fundamental analysis of listed companies.
Proficiency in quantitative, systematic or factor-based investment approaches.
Knowledge of environmental transition themes and ESG investment universes.
Sound understanding of portfolio construction and risk management techniques.
Proficiency with financial analysis tools and market databases.
Fluency in English plus French or Dutch.
The successful candidate will combine analytical rigour, investment conviction, curiosity, creativity, adaptability and strong interpersonal skills.

- Manage global environmental thematic equity portfolios on a day-to-day basis.
- Generate investment ideas by combining quantitative, systematic and fundamental analysis.
- Conduct in-depth research on companies across the environmental investment universes.
- Assess business models, competitive advantages, valuations, growth prospects and risks for portfolio holdings and companies under coverage.
- Contribute actively to portfolio construction decisions and risk allocation.
- Adapt portfolios to market developments, macroeconomic changes and emerging sector dynamics.
- Help continuously improve the investment framework, research processes and security selection methodologies.
- Develop new analytical tools, indicators and quantitative approaches that strengthen investment decision quality.
- Collaborate closely with ESG, equity research, risk and sales teams.
- Represent the strategy with clients, auditors and other stakeholders when required.
