Project Manager – Luxury Residential

Prime Central London | £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits


A highly regarded independent property and construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing London team.


The business advises private clients, developers, investors and estates on some of London's most prestigious residential and commercial projects. Known for delivering exceptional service and hands-on project leadership, the consultancy offers direct exposure to high-profile projects across Prime Central London.


The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of luxury residential projects while working closely with senior leadership.

The role focuses predominantly on high-end private residential refurbishments and developments for high-net-worth individuals. Projects are typically valued up to £10m+ and are located across Prime Central London's most prestigious addresses.

Alongside luxury residential work, there will be opportunities to support on landmark commercial and institutional projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from inception through to completion
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate design teams, consultants and contractors
  • Manage programme, risk, quality and project reporting
  • Undertake Contract Administration and Employer's Agent duties
  • Administer JCT building contracts
  • Manage project documentation and financial reporting
  • Chair project meetings and prepare professional client reports
  • Drive project delivery against programme objectives
  • Support procurement and contractor appointments
  • Work closely with senior leadership to deliver exceptional client outcomes


Candidate Profile

  • Consultancy-side project management, building surveying or architectural background
  • Experience delivering luxury residential, prime residential or high-end commercial projects
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience administering building contracts and delivering projects through RIBA stages
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  • Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
  • Ambitious, proactive and professionally driven
