The Role • Support daily operations, from handling cash systems to receiving goods. • Assist in the implementation and optimization of shop systems. • Identify consumer needs and support market research efforts. • Take on tasks in logistics, warehouse management, and purchasing. • Analyze business processes and contribute to strategic planning. What You'll Need • Have a (technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or be a state-certified technician or business administrator. • Demonstrate German language proficiency at B2 level. • Possess a good understanding of mathematics and analytical thinking. • Exhibit a high sense of responsibility and a logical mindset. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. • Good English language skills.
