Location: Bentonville, Arkansas (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in analytics. This role requires someone who can bridge product strategy with data-driven insights, working closely with stakeholders, engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate has previous experience in retail and started their career as an analyst before moving into product management.
Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy while leveraging analytical skills to guide decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, business, and design, to develop scalable product solutions.
• Translate complex data into actionable product requirements and roadmaps.
• Drive feature prioritization and execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with global teams and adjust to flexible meeting hours when needed.
• Deliver measurable impact on key areas such as inventory, supply chain, personalization, and item lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with eCommerce, retail, or supply chain products. A prior analyst background with the ability to analyze large datasets and build dashboards is required.
Technical Skills: SQL, Tableau, Excel, and data modeling.
Professional Skills: Proven ability to work with stakeholders across multiple geographies and functions. Excellent communication skills to articulate complex topics to business and technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI/ML products or initiatives.
• Interest in data-driven product operations and continuous improvement.
