Job description

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.

Summary: • Provide site reliability engineering and Tier 1 through 3 operations support for a cloud environment platform. • Maintain day-to-day operations stability, system health, and customer support for data-intensive analytics infrastructure. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues across Linux, containerized, and distributed systems.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 12+ years • Total Compensation: $344k+ yearly Job Description: • Deliver day-to-day operational stability and technical troubleshooting repair expertise for a large-scale cloud platform. • Provide Tier 1 through 3 on-call support for operational platforms built on Java, Kubernetes, Hadoop, and Accumulo. • Investigate and diagnose operational issues in Linux environments utilizing Python and Bash scripting. • Manage and configure infrastructure using tools such as Docker, Salt, Ansible, and AWS. • Monitor system metrics, performance, and platform reliability using Prometheus and Grafana.
