Job Description

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.

Summary: • Provide site reliability engineering and Tier 1 through 3 operations support for a cloud environment platform built on Kubernetes, Hadoop, Accumulo, and Java. • Maintain day-to-day operational stability and deliver troubleshooting repair expertise for managed analytics infrastructure.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 12+ years • Total Compensation: $344k+ yearly (tentative) • Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph • DoD 8570 IAT Level I or higher certification • Required certification in AWS (Solutions Architect, Developer, SysOps), Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or Elastic Job Description: • Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure system stability in an enterprise Linux environment. • Support cloud platforms and services utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, Hadoop, and Accumulo. • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash. • Monitor platform health and metrics using Prometheus, Grafana, and JIRA. • Utilize configuration management tools including Ansible and Salt for infrastructure maintenance. • Provide on-call Tier 1 through Tier 3 technical support and operational incident resolution.
