• Onsite Requirement: Candidate must be located in the Ottawa, Ontario area and available to work onsite.
• Security Clearance: Top Secret clearance required. Candidates with the ability to obtain clearance may also be considered.
• Advanced Expertise Required: Strong advanced-to-expert experience with OpenText (NetIQ) Identity Manager (IDM) and Advanced Authentication (AA).
• Independent Work: Candidate must be capable of independently completing assigned administration and configuration tasks.
• Task-Based Work: Deliver onsite administration and configuration services based on client-issued tasks.

JOB SUMMARY

OpenText is looking for an experienced OpenText IDM & Advanced Authentication Specialist to provide onsite administration and configuration support for IDM products.

The consultant will work independently on client-assigned tasks involving NetIQ Identity Manager (IDM) and Advanced Authentication (AA). The ideal candidate must have advanced-to-expert technical knowledge and be able to deliver task-based services onsite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform onsite administration and configuration of OpenText IDM products.
• Support NetIQ Identity Manager (IDM) and Advanced Authentication (AA).
• Execute client-assigned technical tasks independently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IDM and Advanced Authentication-related issues.
• Configure and maintain IDM product components as required.
• Collaborate with client teams to complete assigned deliverables.
• Provide technical support based on client requirements.
• Complete 56 remaining onsite days before February 25, 2027.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

SECURITY CLEARANCE

• Top Secret clearance preferred.
• Candidates who can obtain Top Secret clearance may be considered.
• Candidate must be located in the Ottawa, Ontario area.
• Must be available for onsite work at the client location.
