Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Hedge Fund / Fintech Sector

basic salary plus uncapped commission

Scope AT Recruitment is an established technology recruitment business specialising in the financial services sector. We are looking for an ambitious graduate or gap-year student who wants to develop commercial skills in a professional, high-performance environment.

This role offers genuine responsibility from an early stage. You'll work directly with clients and candidates, learn how to build long-term business relationships and develop skills in sales, negotiation and communication that are valuable throughout your career.

Full training will be provided, so previous recruitment experience is not required.

You will:

• Develop relationships with new and existing clients.

• Manage recruitment assignments from initial briefing through to placement.
