Introduction

Based on-site with one of our key clients, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of recruitment services, managing an on-site account management team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both the client and workforce.

Key Duties

• Act as the main on-site contact for the client, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage, coach, and develop the on-site Account Management team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee the day-to-day recruitment operation, ensuring staffing requirements are fulfilled efficiently.
• Work closely with the client to understand workforce plans, recruitment demands, and operational challenges.
• Monitor and achieve agreed KPIs and service level agreements.
• Manage workforce attendance, retention, and performance, taking proactive action where required.
• Support workforce planning to meet changing business needs.
• Work alongside recruitment teams to attract, source, and place high-quality candidates.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and grow the client partnership.
• Resolve escalated client, worker, and operational issues professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), GDPR, and company procedures.
• Produce management reports and maintain accurate records using CRM and ATS systems.
• Attend client review meetings and provide operational updates and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience is essential, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or on-site recruitment.
• Experience managing or supervising a recruitment or account management team.
• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using recruitment databases, CRM systems, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
