Detailed Job Description:

1.We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Lead Developer with 8+ years of experience in Guidewire implementation| configuration| integration| and support.

2.The ideal candidate will lead development activities| provide technical guidance to the team| collaborate with business stakeholders| and deliver high-quality insurance solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter development and enhancement activities.* Analyze business requirements and provide technical design solutions.* Configure and customize PolicyCenter using Gosu| PCF| Data Model| Rules| Workflows| and Product Model.

2. Design and develop integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP web services| messaging| and batch processes.* Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices.

3. Support release planning| deployment activities| and production issue resolution.* Collaborate with Business Analysts| Architects| QA teams| and stakeholders.* Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

4. Participate in estimation| sprint planning| and Agile ceremonies.* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend solutions. Required Skills Guidewire

5. 8+ years of Guidewire development experience.* Strong experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter.* Hands-on experience with:

6. Gosu Programming * PCF Configuration * Rules Engine * Product Model * Data Model Extensions

7. Batch Processes * Workflows * Underwriting Rules * Rating Configuration * Integration Framework Technical Skills * Java/J2EE fundamentals.* REST and SOAP Web Services.* XML| JSON| XSD.* SQL and relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server).* Git| Bitbucket| SVN| or similar version control tools.* CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.* Experience with cloud environments is a plus. 8.Leadership Skills * Ability to lead a development team.* Conduct design reviews and code reviews.* Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams.* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
