The Role

• Undertake joinery work on domestic properties, including new installations and repairs.
• Collaborate with supervisors and schedulers to meet deadlines and focus on cost-efficiency.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and protect customer properties.
• Liaise with colleagues and clients to deliver excellent service.
• Support key performance indicators and maintain professionalism.
• Supervise or train apprentices when required.

What You'll Need

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in joinery or equivalent, or demonstrable experience.
• Hold a valid driving license.
• Must reside within the LS postcode area.
• Technically competent with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and high-quality standards.
• Willingness to learn software-based systems after training.
