📢 Hiring: Program Manager –

📍 Location: Columbus, Ohio (OH)
🏢 Interview Mode: In-Person
🏛️ Client: Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY)

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with strong Salesforce implementation and IT project management experience to lead the setup and implementation of DCY’s Salesforce Program.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the Salesforce program strategy, roadmap, and implementation plan.
  • Oversee multiple Salesforce projects, application rewrites, and program operations.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, risks, and issues.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Establish Salesforce governance processes and implementation best practices.
  • Coordinate requirements gathering, business process analysis, and workflow automation.
  • Oversee Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Drive change management, user adoption, training, and continuous process improvement.
  • Conduct status meetings, track KPIs, and provide progress reports to leadership.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

🔹 Mandatory Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent technical education.
  • 7+ years of IT project management experience.
  • 5+ years of business process analysis experience.
  • 3+ years of workflow automation experience.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience in vendor management, risk mitigation, project planning, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience managing digital workflow automation projects.
