The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics across the UK.
• Provide emergency breakdown support, resolving issues like flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex faults.
• Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Start and finish your shifts from your driveway, managing demand-led schedules.
• Combine technical expertise with outstanding member service in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic repairs.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
