Job Summary

Experienced candidate who has experience in Linux System Administrator in Network Management & Compliance and Data Center Hardware knowledge with Strong Debugging and Server hardware, Storage, Configuration Skill with Networking equipment and associate hardware. debugging hardware issues. Managing hardware, closely works with teams to analyze, troubleshoot, and manage Linux Environment.

Technical Skills:

• Strong Working Experience with Linux System Administration
• Good Understanding and working knowledge on Server, Storage, networking equipment s
• Debugging Knowledge of Network/Storage/Servers issues with Linux Administration.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
• Security and Compliance: Enforce security policies, manage user permissions, configure firewalls, and perform system hardening.
• System Monitoring: Track server performance, analyze resource consumption, and resolve hardware or network bottlenecks.
• Oversee network hardware lifecycle management, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points, alongside End-of-Life/End-of-Support (EOL/EOS) mitigation planning.
• Hardware Lifecycle & Break-Fix: Perform diagnostics, component-level replacements (RAM, hard drives/NVMe, CPUs, power supplies, motherboard components)
• Physical Infrastructure Management: Configure and maintain core routing, switching, and hardware firewalls
• Racking, Stacking, & Cabling: Rack, stack, cable, Virtual LAN configuration and label new servers, switches, and storage arrays following structured cabling and data center standards
• Ability to independently deploy new stacks and admin existing ones
• Strong Linux background and Overall system admin
• Networking, storage and Compute management
• IP Networking in physical and virtual environment
• Good Understanding and working knowledge of driver, hardware, firmware and components
• To set up the servers for debugging the issues for the development team on need basis.
• Work with the team leads to resolve project roadblocks
• Proactively identify and eliminate impediments
• Supports product owner(s) with intra-team dynamics with respect to priorities and scope
• Good analytical, problem solving & debugging skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
