The Role

• Independently operate linear accelerators (LINAC) and ensure smooth radiation therapy delivery.
• Perform 4D simulations and utilize image-guided procedures for optimal treatment planning.
• Provide professional and empathetic support to patients throughout their therapy journey.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

What You'll Need

• Completed, state-recognized training as a Medical-Technical Radiology Assistant (MTR/MTRA) or equivalent qualification.
• Current expertise in radiation protection regulations.
• Ideally, prior practical experience in radiation therapy.
• Empathic, friendly, and respectful approach to patient interaction, maintaining composure under pressure.
• Organized, conscientious, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
