Job Description

Human Resources Coordinator | Baraboo, WI, United States | On-site | $21 per hour

The Role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and efficient assistance in person, by phone, or email.
  • Spearhead front-line recruiting and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Support the HR department in administering benefits, employee perks, and other HR-related inquiries.
  • Assist in the execution of training and development programs, including new hire onboarding and online learning modules.
  • Manage daily HR administrative duties, including reporting, data entry, and processing information.
  • Play a key role in organizing employee events and promoting recognition initiatives.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 1 year of previous HR or related experience.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

  • Understanding of federal and state employment law (or willingness to develop).
