Detailed Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technology Architect – EDI / EDI Tools with strong expertise in EDI trading partner management, Sterling Integrator, Axway B2Bi, and supply-chain integration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting EDI environments, onboarding trading partners, managing integrations, and leading large, geographically distributed support teams.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of ANSI X12 transactions, EDI communications protocols, SAP order/invoice troubleshooting, and pharmaceutical serialization solutions, including TraceLink.

Responsibilities

• Manage EDI trading partners in a distribution model, including transaction setup, onboarding, configuration, monitoring, and production support.
• Configure and support EDI transactions and trading partner integrations.
• Work extensively with Sterling Integrator and Axway B2Bi platforms.
• Configure communication protocols including SFTP and AS2.
• Configure directory objects such as receivers and interface determination for new trading partners.
• Troubleshoot SAP orders and invoices and coordinate with relevant technical and business teams.
