As a Client Relationship Manager in Healthcare Payments, you are self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, and you thrive in an open, professional, team‑oriented environment. In this role with JPMorganChase Healthcare Payments, you will directly influence revenue retention and revenue growth. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will support some of the largest provider organizations in the United States through regular, direct customer engagement. As an individual contributor, you will guide clients with a consultative approach to help them achieve their revenue and scorecard goals.
 

Job responsibilities

• Support Business Development activities which contribute to the achievement of the annual revenue plan
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of JP Morgan Healthcare Payments solutions, products and processes
• Work with Team to Identify opportunities to upsell customers additional Healthcare Payment solutions
• Represent the team in client meetings
• Help clients prioritize projects to best meet goals
• Serve as an escalation point for any service issues from client: manage the escalation activities and is meticulously organized
• Collaborate with JP Morgan Healthcare Payments Business Development, Professional Services and Customer Service in support of your customers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all activities relevant to the position
