We're hiring for a highly regarded orthopedic specialty clinic, part of a leading national healthcare group. This facility is renowned for its innovative orthopedic treatments, ranging from joint replacements to spinal and shoulder surgeries, and is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care within a supportive and lifestyle-friendly region.

The Role

• Instrumenting, assisting, and performing "springer" duties in orthopedic, trauma, spinal, and shoulder surgeries.
• Preparing, monitoring, and providing post-operative care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of four operating rooms and collaborating interdisciplinarily with various departments.
• Participating in the on-call surgical duty roster after successful onboarding (no in-house duties).

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed vocational training as a registered nurse or surgical technician (OTA).
• Previous experience in an operating room setting is desirable but not essential.
• A passion for constructive and interdisciplinary collaboration within a dynamic and motivated team.
• Strong communication skills, an open and empathetic approach towards patients.
