The Role

• Represent a premium window and door brand at retail partner locations, trade shows, and community events.
• Engage with potential customers, spark interest in product offerings, and provide compelling information.
• Generate qualified leads by scheduling in-home consultations.
• Set up and maintain attractive product displays.
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and close sales.

What You'll Need

• Reliable personal transportation for travel to various event and retail locations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with new people.
• Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs for display setup.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a smartphone.
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, including potential evenings and weekends.
