Event Sales Manager

ARAMARK is seeking an Event Manager to lead Food & Beverage Operations within our Event Operations & Coordination team. You will plan, execute, and oversee catered events, banquets, and special functions, ensuring outstanding guest experiences and flawless service delivery. Responsibilities include client consultation, menu and logistics planning, staffing and vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site event leadership. You'll partner closely with culinary, facilities, and service teams to uphold safety, quality, and brand standards while driving revenue, controlling costs, and mentoring frontline staff in a culture of teamwork and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute catered events, banquets, and special functions from proposal through post-event review.
• Partner with clients to define event objectives, menus, timelines, and service standards.
• Lead on-site event operations, including room setup, service flow, and breakdown.
• Collaborate with culinary, facilities, and service teams to ensure quality, safety, and brand standards are met.
• Manage event budgets, pricing, and cost controls to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Supervise, schedule, and train event staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, service, and inclusion.
• Coordinate vendors, rentals, and support services, ensuring contracts and deliveries meet specifications.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Report on event performance, providing insights for continuous improvement and growth.
