Number of roles: 3.<br />Job Summary:<br />We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager with a strong focus on Agentic AI Development.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of program management experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a proven track record of developing and deploying advanced AI systems.

This role requires a deep understanding of agent-based models and the ability to create intelligent systems that can operate autonomously in complex environments.<br />Responsibilities:<br />• Oversee the Design, develop, and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms with a focus on Agentic AI.<br />• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions.<br />• Conduct research to advance the state-of-the-art in Agentic AI and apply findings to real-world applications.<br />• Optimize and fine-tune existing models to improve performance and scalability.<br />• Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for AI development.<br />• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.<br />• Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.<br />Mandatory Skills:<br />• Extensive experience in Agentic AI Development, including knowledge of agent-based modeling and autonomous systems.<br />• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.<br />• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g.,TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).<br />• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.<br />• Ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).<br />• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex systems.<br />Preferred Skills:<br />• Experience with reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems.<br />• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.<br />• Knowledge of ethical AI practices and frameworks.<br />• Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments.<br />• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.<br />Qualifications:<br />• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.<br />• 15+ years of relevant experience in machine learning and AI development.<br />• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.<br />• Strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in Agentic AI Development.<br />If you are a passionate ML Engineer with a strong background in Agentic AI Development<br />and are looking to make a significant impact in the field of artificial intelligence, we<br />encourage you to apply
