The Opportunity

Join Transgrid at a pivotal moment as we help deliver the renewable energy infrastructure powering Australia's future. As an Enterprise Risk Analyst, you'll play a key role in strengthening how we identify, understand and manage risks across one of the country's most critical energy organisations.

Working within the Enterprise Risk team, you'll support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Transgrid's Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Corporate Risk Strategy. Your work will directly influence strategic decision making, enabling the organisation to anticipate challenges, seize opportunities and safely deliver nation shaping renewable energy projects.

In this role, you will:
  • Support risk assessments and workshops across the business.
  • Analyse risk data and identify emerging trends.
  • Develop reports and dashboards for executives and the Board Audit & Risk Committee.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a risk professional who wants exposure to complex, enterprise wide risks and the chance to make a tangible impact in a purpose driven organisation.

About You

You're a proactive and curious risk professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, enterprise environment. You bring:

  • 3+ years' experience in Enterprise Risk roles within large organisations or consulting
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles, including ISO 31000
  • Advanced capability across Microsoft Office, with experience in Excel and Power BI for analysis and visualisation
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships and engage confidently with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and development
