Job Description

We are seeking an experienced OneStream Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale OneStream solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial consolidation, planning, reporting, enterprise integrations, and finance transformation initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with finance leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-performance OneStream solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the overall OneStream application architecture and technical roadmap.
• Lead the design and implementation of financial consolidation, planning, reporting, and account reconciliation solutions.
• Design integration architecture between OneStream and enterprise applications (ERP, data warehouses, and other financial systems).
• Establish governance, security standards, architecture best practices, and performance optimization strategies.
• Review technical designs and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
• Partner with finance stakeholders and executive leadership to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Lead OneStream implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and high availability of the OneStream platform.

Required Skills

• 8 12+ years of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM/CPM) experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on OneStream Architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Extensive experience with OneStream business rules, workflows, security, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations with ERP systems, databases, APIs, and cloud/on-prem environments.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, governance, and enterprise application design.
• Experience working directly with executive leadership and finance business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• OneStream Certified Architect.
• Big 4 consulting experience.
• Finance transformation and enterprise modernization experience.
• Experience leading global OneStream implementations and large enterprise programs.

Location: Remote (Candidates located in the US, Canada, or Mexico are preferred.)
