Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

• Lead design, configuration and implementation of solutions within Oracle HCM (with deep expertise in Oracle Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace and/or Learning, ensuring system stability and performance across production and nonproduction environments. • Serve as a subject matter expert, bringing proven best practices and prior implementation experience to drive immediate value and accelerate delivery.
• Support ongoing Oracle production operations, releases and continuous enhancements within the HCM platform.
• Identify, recommend, and implement new Oracle Cloud features and capabilities to improve business outcomes, user experience, and platform adoption.
