Job Description

  • 15+ years of experience in analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise client-server and web-based applications.
  • 10+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions (Online and On-Premises).
  • Experience leading full software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, training, and production support.
  • Experience working in Agile and iterative development environments. Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform: Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including customization, configuration, workflows, business process flows, plugins, and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, Copilot Studio
  • Experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution architectures. Development & Integration: Strong development experience in C#, ASP.NET / .NET Framework, Web APIs, WCF Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications
  • Experience with ETL processes and data migration activities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Git-based source control, implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Strong experience with: SQL Server, Database design and administration

  • Education & Certifications Required Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Certifications Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications Microsoft Power Platform Certifications Microsoft Azure Certifications
  • Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture patterns and integration best practices. Familiarity with Machine Learning and AI concepts. Experience delivering scalable enterprise solutions on the Microsoft technology stack. Experience with document capture and document management platforms. Strong understanding of solution governance, security, and deployment best practices.
