This role owns overall project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, financial performance, governance, resource coordination, risk management, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead complex enterprise implementation and consulting engagements through the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through deployment, stabilization, and closeout.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, resource plans, communication plans, and governance structures.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, dependencies, assumptions, risks, issues, and change control.
- Establish effective project governance, including status reviews, steering committee meetings, executive reporting, RAID management, decision tracking, and escalation processes.
- Monitor project performance against contractual commitments and agreed delivery objectives and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure project deliverables meet Oracle quality standards and customer acceptance criteria.
- Identify project risks and issues early, evaluate alternatives, and drive timely resolution and escalation.
- Own project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, margin, utilization, invoicing, expenses, and financial reporting.
- Monitor project profitability and proactively address forecast variances, resource constraints, scope changes, and margin risks.
- Ensure project activities remain aligned with contractual scope and commercial terms.
- Lead or support change requests, scope adjustments, and associated commercial discussions.
- Partner with Consulting leadership, Finance, Operations, and Sales to maintain accurate forecasts and project financial data.
- Balance customer satisfaction, successful delivery, and financial performance throughout the engagement.
- Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for customer project leadership and key stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with customer executives, project managers, business leaders, partners, and systems integrators.
- Manage customer expectations through proactive communication, transparent reporting, and disciplined issue and risk management.
- Facilitate project reviews, steering committees, executive discussions, and critical decision-making forums.
- Communicate complex delivery, business, and technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain customer confidence throughout the engagement and support strong customer satisfaction and referenceability.
- Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed project teams, including consultants, solution architects, technical resources, partners, and customer resources.
- Define roles, responsibilities, priorities, deliverables, and accountability across the project team.
- Identify project staffing requirements and coordinate resources to support delivery objectives.
- Monitor resource utilization and capacity and proactively address staffing or scheduling constraints.
- Provide direction, coaching, and mentoring to project team members.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing project environment.
- Partner with Consulting Sales and practice leadership during opportunity development, proposals, estimates, bid reviews, and implementation planning.
- Assess delivery assumptions, risks, timelines, resource requirements, and commercial considerations for proposed engagements.
- Identify project extensions, change opportunities, and additional customer needs and engage the appropriate sales and consulting stakeholders.
- Contribute lessons learned, reusable assets, templates, delivery standards, and leading practices to the broader consulting organization.
- Promote consistent use of Oracle methodologies, tools, governance standards, and project management practices.
- Support continuous improvement and standardization of project delivery processes to improve quality, efficiency, predictability, and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management, consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology implementation experience.
- Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise software implementation or consulting engagements through the full project lifecycle.
- Strong experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
- Proven financial and commercial management experience, including forecasting, project margin, revenue, budgeting, invoicing, resource utilization, and financial risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global, highly matrixed environment.
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior management and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and manage project governance, executive reporting, risk management, and escalation processes.
- Strong business acumen, judgment, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex engagements while maintaining attention to financial, contractual, and delivery details.
- Experience with enterprise project management, implementation, systems integration, or related technology delivery.
- Ability to travel to customer locations as required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- PMP , Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience managing Oracle, Primavera, Construction & Engineering, or comparable enterprise software implementations.
- Experience with project management, financial management, resource planning, scheduling, or business intelligence platforms.
- Experience supporting consulting sales, proposals, statements of work, estimates, and change orders.
- Experience managing engagements involving systems integration, data migration, business process transformation, or organizational change.
- Experience mentoring project managers and contributing to consulting methodologies, templates, playbooks, or delivery standards.
