The Role

• Sourcing, developing leads, prospecting, and continually networking to build a client base.
• Exceeding monthly sales goals through a competitive sales drive.
• Communicating effectively with clients both verbally and in writing.
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure client retention.
• Demonstrating self-motivation and a commitment to building a profitable business.
• Utilizing computer skills and maintaining strong organization.

What You'll Need

• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• A current Personal Lines or P&C license.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain a Life insurance license.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• The ability to pass a background check, credit check, and drug screen.
• A high school diploma or GED; a college degree is preferred.
