Job Description
Field Marketer $20/Hour + Uncapped Bonuses! No Experience Needed – Career Growth Opportunities – Uncapped Earnings
As a Field Marketer, you’ll meet with homeowners in local neighborhoods, start conversations, and help schedule free in-home consultations. This is an entry-level sales role where you are not expected to close deals, but to generate interest from a great first impression. Great fit for first jobs, career changers, retail, restaurant, hospitality, customer service, athletics, or anyone who enjoys talking to people.

As a Field Marketer, you’ll work in local neighborhoods and start conversations with homeowners.

You’ll help people learn about Mad City Windows & Baths and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives.
~ Introduce our window, bath, and kitchen solutions
~ Competitive in a healthy way and excited to earn bonuses
~ Comfortable being active and working outdoors during the day
Previous experience in canvassing, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or lead generation is helpful, but not required
