You will participate in a variety of construction projects as they near completion.

Specifically, we have opportunities for you if you have experience in the following areas:

• General Construction site labor and unit cleanup
• Landfill Clean Up
• Detailed interior cleaning
• Painting
• Drywall patching and texture
• Traffic control/Flagging

To be successful in this position, you must work well as part of a team and individually, enjoy working indoors/outdoors, maintain quality production at a fast pace and be able to meet the physical demands of the positionGeneral Responsibilities based on specific roles may include:

• Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.
• Supporting skilled tradesman and assisting as needed with punch-list, finish work, drywall patching, texture, painting, minor repairs and other construction tasks
• Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Removing debris from sites and final cleaning of units before handover
• Following all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Related Experience is required
• Willingness to follow direction, maintain a quick pace and meet deadlines
• Reliability and dependability is a must.
