Product Manager

Pay Range: $50/hr - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to improve checkout and store execution through POS hardware, software, and automation.
• Own day-to-day execution of product initiatives from discovery through launch, rollout, and optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering on POS applications, APIs, payment processing, and device management.
• Monitor product performance, incidents, and feedback to identify optimization opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on product roadmaps and release plans.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to translate user and operational needs into product requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience in retail, convenience, restaurant, hospitality, or other distributed store environments.
• Hands-on experience with POS hardware and/or software, such as registers, payment terminals, and barcode scanners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with POS transaction flows and modern architecture concepts such as APIs and microservices.
• Experience coordinating hardware or software pilots, vendor relationships, and store rollouts.
