Forward Deployed Engineer - AI

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to understand processes, pain points, data, and business outcomes.
• Design, prototype, and deploy AI/GenAI solutions from concept to production.
• Build hands-on across APIs, databases, cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and workflow tools.
• Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, model integrations, and AI automation.
• Integrate with enterprise platforms and third-party APIs.
• Create reusable architectures, components, documentation, and implementation playbooks.
• Rapidly build POCs/MVPs and convert successful pilots into scalable production solutions.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years in AI engineering, software engineering, implementation, consulting, or customer-facing technology roles.
• Strong hands-on coding skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, .NET/C#, or Go.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, authentication, integrations, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience working with structured/unstructured data and data/analytics platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to work in ambiguous business environments.
