Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead / AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, JavaScript, SQL, Generative AI, AI Copilots, Enterprise Search, Knowledge Assistants, and Agentic Workflows. The candidate should have a strong software engineering background and proven experience delivering production-ready AI solutions and cloud-native applications.

·         Lead the design and development of production-ready Generative AI and AI/ML solutions.

·         Develop enterprise-scale applications using Python, JavaScript, and SQL.

·         Lead AI/ML and GenAI engineering teams and provide technical direction.

·         Design and implement Agentic AI workflows, Knowledge Assistants, and Enterprise Search solutions.

·         Build and integrate AI Copilots into enterprise applications and development processes.

·         Implement AI-assisted SDLC practices to improve developer productivity and engineering quality.
