Job description

Experienced Java Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java technologies, solution design, and team leadership, along with a good understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem to support integrations and business process automation initiatives.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications and services.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of quality, performance, and security.
  • Support application modernization, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Support Power Platform Apps.
  • Mentor developers and drive technical excellence within the team.
  • Strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support experience.
  • Experience leading development teams and managing technical delivery.
  • Understanding/ Experience in Power Platform
